These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of creamycougar.com and any purchase you make from Creamy Cougar (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About Our Products
Every Creamy Cougar piece is printed and made to order just for you. Because each item is produced individually, small variations in print placement, color and sizing may occur. Colors on your screen may differ slightly from the finished garment. Please review the size chart on each product page before ordering.
2. Orders and Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, update product information and refuse or cancel any order, including after an order has been placed, for example if a product is unavailable or an error occurred. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund. An order is accepted when production begins, not when you receive a confirmation email.
3. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Link, and buy-now-pay-later options such as Klarna and Affirm where available. Installment plans are provided by those third parties and are subject to their own terms. We never store your full card details.
4. Production and Shipping
Orders are typically produced within 2–7 business days. Estimated US delivery after production is 10–20 business days for Standard, 7–15 for Fast and 3–9 for Express shipping. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carriers, customs or events outside our control. Tracking information is emailed once your order ships. Risk of loss passes to you when the package is delivered to the carrier.
5. Cancellations
Because items are made to order, orders can only be cancelled before production begins. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.
6. Returns, Replacements and Refunds
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund. For other issues, contact us within 7 days of delivery. If a package shows no tracking updates for 30 days, we will send a replacement or a full refund. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; your bank may take 5–10 business days to post them. See our FAQ for full details.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, prints, photos, text, logos and other content on this website belong to Creamy Cougar or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
8. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please notify us of any unauthorized use.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creamy Cougar is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
10. Privacy
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal information.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
