How long will my order take?
Most pieces take three to five weeks from order to doorstep. That breaks down as two to seven business days in production, then ten to twenty business days in transit.
A small number of items are printed in the United States. Those take about three days to produce and ship domestically, so roughly a week in total. They are marked on the product page.
Why so long?
Nothing is made in advance. Your garment is printed and sewn after you place the order, then shipped from the factory. That is the trade for a line with no warehouse and no unsold stock.
Is there a time of year when it takes longer?
Yes. Production pauses for Chinese public holidays, and Chinese New Year adds roughly two weeks in February. If you are ordering for a specific date in late winter, order early.
Are your delivery estimates guaranteed?
No. They are estimates based on how orders normally move. Customs and carrier delays happen and are outside our control. If something has genuinely gone missing rather than slowly, write to us.
What size should I order?
Size up if you are between sizes. Our sizing runs small, and we would rather say so than have you find out.
Every product page lists actual garment measurements. Measure something you already own and like the fit of, then compare. It is more reliable than the letter on the label.
What are the fabrics?
Mostly polyester. The satin and chiffon pieces are polyester satin and polyester chiffon, which is standard at this price and behaves well — it holds print colour that silk does not, and it survives a washing machine.
The tee is cotton. Each product page states the fabric.
Can I return something?
If it arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, yes. Thirty days, photos required, and we will replace it or refund you.
We cannot take change-of-mind returns. Each piece is made for you specifically, so there is nowhere for it to go. This is why the measurements matter.
Where do you ship?
The United States only, for now.
How do I care for it?
Cold wash, inside out, gentle cycle. Hang dry. No bleach, no fabric softener on the satin. Iron on low with a cloth between the iron and the print, or better, do not iron it.
