Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment platforms. Your card details are encrypted and never stored on our servers. You can also check out with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay or Link.

Each order can be paid with one payment method. If you'd like to use two cards, place separate orders for different items.

First check your spam or promotions folder. Confirmations sometimes land there. If it isn't there within an hour, contact us with your name, the email you used and the charge amount, and we'll track it down. If an order didn't go through, any pending charge is released by your bank, usually within 3–5 business days.

Every Creamy Cougar piece is printed and sewn to order just for you, so we handle returns a little differently from mass-produced stores. If something isn't right, contact us within 7 days of delivery. For damaged or defective items, please reach out within 72 hours and include a photo so we can make it right quickly.

Once approved, refunds go back to your original payment method within 2–3 business days. Your bank may take another 5–10 business days to show it on your statement.

Because each piece is made to order, we can't accept exchanges for change of mind or size. If your item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we'll send a free replacement. Check the size chart on each product page before ordering. It's the best way to get your perfect fit.
