Delivery in the US. Standard 10–20 days, Fast 7–15 days, Express 3–9 days — you choose at checkout. Tracking on every order.
If something is wrong. Tell us within 7 days of delivery — or 72 hours if the parcel arrived damaged — and we replace it or refund you.
Lost in transit. If tracking stops moving for 30 days, you get a replacement or a full refund.
