Seasonal note
Production pauses for Chinese public holidays. Chinese New Year adds around two weeks in February.
One thing to be clear about
These are estimates, not guarantees. We do not control customs or carriers. What we do control is telling you the real number up front rather than a hopeful one.
Tracking
You will get a tracking number when your order ships, not when you place it. Tracking can take a few days to start updating.
Returns
What we accept
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Thirty days from delivery. Send photos to [RETURNS EMAIL] with your order number and we will replace the item or refund you.
What we cannot accept
Change of mind, wrong size, or “it did not look like that on screen”. Every piece is printed and sewn for your order specifically. There is no stock to return it to.
This is the honest downside of made-to-order, and it is why every product page carries real garment measurements. Use them.
Colour
Print colours shift slightly between screens and fabric. Tawny and ochre come out a little warmer on polyester than they appear on a monitor. This is normal and is not a defect.
Cancellations
Orders move into production quickly. If you need to cancel, write immediately — once it is in production we cannot stop it.
